Police arrived after car crashed into a tree

A 41 year old Penetanguishene man faces impaired driving charges after a car crashed into a tree overnight.

It happened on Friday morning around 3 o’clock in Penetanguishene on Fuller Avenue.

Southern Georgian Bay OPP say when they arrived on scenethe driver was at the scene, and after an investigation he was charged with impaired.

He’ll be in court next month.
