Penetanguishene House Fire Forces Road Closures
Area Road Closed to Give Fire Crews More Work Space
Fighting a Penetanguishene structure fire required extra space.
Crews were called to a Clarance Ave. home just after 10:00 Monday morning with reports of a fire at a home there. First responders arrived to find the house fully engulfed in flame, according to the OPP.
Nearby Robert St. was closed shortly after the fire was called in; the affected property backed towards Robert St. and the extra room was needed for fire apparatus.
