Police investigating hit-and-run after Bradford-area front porch struck Wednesday morning

No injuries were reported

The South Simcoe Police Service says its latest fail-to-remain collision investigation involves a house.

On Wednesday, at around 3 a.m., police say a pickup truck had struck the front porch of a home in the area of Line 7 and Highway 27 near Bradford. The vehicle reportedly fled the scene, striking a hydro pole and knocking down a street sign as it went.

Police located the vehicle nearby, but no word on an arrest. Nobody was injured in the incident.
