Police release images of trio wanted in connection to August mugging in Innisfil

Teen assaulted and robbed August 4

South Simcoe Police have released images of three men wanted in connection to an assault and robbery in Innisfil over the summer.

A 16-year-old man who was walking along Innisfil Beach Rd. near St. John’s Rd. in Innisfil around 10:00 on the night of August 4, told police he was approached by three men.

Police say he was assaulted and robbed, but suffered no serious injuries as a result. It is said the suspects fled the scene in a dark grey, four-door sedan with tinted windows.

Suspect #1:

  • Male
  • White
  • Blue medical-style mask over his face
  • Wearing a white Kappa hooded sweater with black lines down the sleeves, a light-coloured toque under the sweater’s hood, ripped blue jeans, and a blue t-shirt under the hooded sweater

Suspect #2:

  • Male
  • White
  • Wearing a black t-shirt, ripped blue jeans, red shoes with dark coloured toe caps
  • Black coloured face-covering pulled up over the bottom part of his face

Suspect #3:

  • Male
  • White
  • Wearing long black shorts, a black Kappa t-shirt (logo centred on the chest area), casual shoes, and a black ball cap with a logo on it
