We have definitely been flush with superhero films in the past decade or so and you don't have to search very hard to find a good one. Project Power hopes to differentiate itself from the pack by putting a little twist on the familiar formula.
Starring Jamie Foxx and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Project Power takes place in a world in which superpowers are only a pill away. What powers you get varies from person to person and they only last for five minutes!
It's an interesting concept, the idea of jumping between vulnerable and powerful in a matter of minutes, but the duel directors behind this one aren't particularly known for anything. Hopefully, the two leads can make this a fun romp if nothing else.
