Provincial COVID-19 caseload rises to 7,470 as Public Health Ontario adds 421

17 more have died

Public Health Ontario is reporting 421 additional cases of COVID-19 in the province, bringing Ontario’s caseload to 7,470.

Of the cases reported, 3,357 people have recovered, 236 more than yesterday and nearly half of all those who have contracted COVID-19, at 44.9 percent.

Seventeen more people have died, for a total of 291, representing 3.9 percent of all cases.
