A Ramara Township man has been charged in connection to a fatal pedestrian-involved collision in the Kawartha Lakes area last year.
Nineteen-year-old Lucas Dunlop from Sebright was killed after he was struck by a vehicle while walking near a local beach, back on June 17th at around 4:00 in the morning. He was taken home before paramedics were called, who pronounced the teen deceased shortly after.
