RVH says thanks to the thousands of donors who helped fund life-saving equipment in the last year
Almost all lifesaving equipment is funded by community donations
It is Donor Day of Gratitude at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH) in Barrie.

The virtual event began with a video kick-off at 9 o’clock this morning and continued throughout the day on the RVH social channels:

“Our donors have been with us every step of the way during this incredibly intense and evolving time in the world and at our health centre, and we want them to know their contributions in support of patient care have meant so much to TEAM RVH and those we care for each day,” says Rebbeca Truax, Director of Philanthropy, RVH Foundation.
Almost all lifesaving equipment at the health centre is funded by community donations. More than 6,500 individuals, businesses and associations have made donations in the last year.
