A 49-year-old Barrie man has been charged with impaired driving after provincial police say a motorist failed to stop for a school bus on Highway 11 north in Gravenhurst.
Police say a traffic stop was initiated around 8:15 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Along with the charges of impaired and failing to stop for a school bus, the driver was also charged with dangerous operation and having liquor in an open container in an unauthorized place.
He is to appear in court in June.
