Shots fired after an altercation between two men in Bradford

At this time, there are no known victims

South Simcoe Police responded to reports of gunshots fired in Bradford, in the area of Simcoe Road and Centre Street.

This was shortly after 1 a.m. on Friday.

Police say they have determined there was a verbal altercation between two men that turned physical and ended in shots being fired by one of them. Neither man was on scene when officers arrived. At this time, there are no known victims.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward who have not already spoken to investigators. They would also like to hear from anyone with cellphone video or security/dash cam footage.
