A Schomberg teen is facing a slew of charges after being accused of pulling a gun during a road rage incident.

It started in Schomberg on the evening of June 15th; police say the suspect began following another vehicle over a percieved slight, trailing it from Schomberg up Highway 27 to Bond Head. That’s where police say the suspect pulled up beside the victims and showed off a hand gun.

Officers say, in arresting an 18-year-old in connection to this, a pellet gun was seized. “Many pellet guns closely resemble actual firearms” notes Detective Sergeant Mike Adams of the Street Crime Unit.  “We strongly caution members of the public against carrying these weapons in public”.
