Teen Facing Theft Charges After Pair of Orillia Purse Snatchings
Both Thefts Happened in The Same Westridge Blvd. Parking Lot
A young lad is facing accusations of being a purse snatcher.
The OPP in Orillia say a 14-year-old male has been arrested and charged with two counts of Robbery, after a pair of thefts in town.
Police calim a woman had her purse stolen in the parking lot of a Westridge Boulevard business on February 17th. Then, on February 22nd, a second theft in the same parking lot.
Police connected the two in an investigation that lead to the arrest of a teen suspect. He will be in Youth Court in early April.
