The Start Talking Cup has been a breakaway success shining a spotlight on the importance of mental health and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health issues for six fantastic years and this one will be no different with proceeds from the event going to support the Start Talking Campaign and the Canadian Mental Health Association of Simcoe County.
Watch some of the best up and coming hockey players in the area battle it out as the AA Barrie Sharks face the Toronto Leaside Wildcats and the AAA Minor Midget Barrie Colts take on the Orillia North Central Predators.
There will also be a silent auction, 50-50 draw, interactive booths, and special guests including Charlie Horse who will have lots of awesome prizes to give away.
The Start Talking Cup takes place on January 9th from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM at the Holly Recreation Centre and tickets are only $5.
