Check out the newest trailer for The Batman!

Will The Dark Knight get a run for its money as the best Batman film?
The Batman

Warner Brothers Pictures has dropped another trailer for The Batman, and it continues to look absolutely incredible.

This time around, Matt Reeves (Cloverfield, War for the Planet of the Apes) is sitting in the director's chair and is somehow making the caped crusader even grittier. He also co-wrote the script with the help of Peter Craig (The Town, Bad Boys for Life).

However, the thing that has most people extremely thrilled is the cast. Of course, Robert Pattinson is sure to take Batman to new places, but it's not just the leading role to be excited about. Andy Serkis will be once again working with Reeves (this time without a CGI monkey face) as Alfred Pennyworth, Colin Farrell is nearly unrecognizable as Oswald Cobblepot (The Penguin), and we can't wait to see what Paul Dano does as Edward Nashton (The Riddler).

There are plenty more faces to be excited about too, with Zoe Kravitz as Batman's on-again-off-again love interest/villain Selina Kyle (Catwomen), Jeffrey Wright as the gruff detective James Gordan, and John Turturro as the boss of Gotham's criminal underworld, Carmine Falcone.

Adding on top of all this the breathtaking cinematography and amazing-looking fight scenes, and it looks like we're in for another fantastic Batman outing.

The Batman is set to hit theatres on March 4, 2022.
