Donaleigh's Irish Pub
You've heard of Donaleigh's for their famous nachos and traditional Irish eats, but did you know they also make incredible desserts?
A favourite among Donaleigh's guests is the croissant maple bread pudding. Trust us on this one, it is to die for. Donaleigh's is also known to feature specialty desserts, so keep an eye out for those as well.
Barnstormer Brewing & Distilling Co.
Barnstormer may be a surprise on this list, but they have some delicious desserts calling your name. It's a great place to grab a sweet treat with friends while also enjoying craft beer.
Pie Wood Fired Pizza Joint
Two words: sweet, balls. It's no secret that the team at Pie are the masters of dough, and they certainly put their talents to use with their dessert.
The dessert menu may be small, but it's mighty. You can choose from an espresso float, Kawartha Dairy ice cream, sweet balls or nutty pie! Sweet balls taste like warm, soft, miniature powdered donuts topped with Dulce De Leche.

Sigrid's Cafe & Fine Bakery
Sigrid's is full of freshly baked, scrumptious treats. This bakery is a 4th generation family run business of European trained bakers bringing their special touch of Europe to Ontario. They've got a wide range of goodies that you didn't even know you needed in your life.
Some in store favourites include: Nutclusters, fruit flans, custard slices, crumble squares, date squares, brownies, apple strudel, cheesecake and more! Sigrid's is never open past 6 pm so it's best to visit for a morning or afternoon "pick-me-up".

The Sweet Oven
The Sweet Oven does two desserts and does them very, very well. Mini cheesecakes and butter tarts are their specialty. There are almost 20 varieties of butter tarts and multiple cheesecake flavours but the selection varies on a daily basis. View a weekly schedule here.
You can purchase Sweet Oven treats individually, by the half dozen or by the dozen. Be sure to go early in the day as some flavours may sell out by closing time.
Sugar City
Sugar City is a great place to grab gourmet cupcakes or custom cakes to spice up your next event. These sweet treats are not only fun, but also incredibly delicious.
You can mix and match your cupcakes with all sorts of flavours. If you're looking to make a big order, call ahead of time.

Do not be deceived by the name, there's a whole lot more going on here than just cupcakes.
