Tickets are now on sale for the 2020 Borden Canadian Armed Forces Day & Airshow.
On June 13 and 14, CFB Borden is celebrating the 75th anniversary of the end of the Second World War with an airshow, along with interactive military displays.
From now until Victoria Day, May 18, tickets will be sold for $5 off the regular price.
Discounts are also available to members of the Canadian Armed Forces who can provide valid ID, Veterans and the Department of National Defence included. Admission is free to anyone arriving in uniform – including military, first responders, Cadets, Scouts and Girl Guides.
This year will see performances from the Canadian Forces Snowbirds, CF-18 Demonstration Team and Canada’s military parachute team – The SkyHawks, with more to be announced.
There will also be a “Brewfest”, with local craft breweries providing samples of custom airshow beers. The always popular “Kiddie Commando” obstacle course will be onsite and helicopter rides at an additional cost.
For those who purchase a VIP pass, there will be a VIP tent with front row seating, food and beverages.
