Soon, you'll be able to book your airport Uber a month in advance

Anything to make flying easier nowadays...
Uber Reserve

Uber is rolling out a new feature that will allow users to reserve an Uber up to 30 days before their flight, among other things.

The feature is called Uber Reserve and is already available at select US airports, but hopefully, it will be expanded to include Canadian ones as well (still useful for anyone flying to a US destination though). Along with being able to book an Uber a month in advance, the feature will also track flight information, ensuring that if your flight is delayed or comes in early, your driver will be waiting for you. Drivers will wait up to an hour curbside after your flight lands with no additional charges.

This update also brings two other features: Ready When You Are (available at 6 airports), allowing you to delay pickup by 10 to 20 minutes if you hit a snag or want to grab some food, and if you're flying out of Pearson Airport, you can order Uber Eats for pickup at select airport restaurants, allowing you to skip the queue.

There have been many horror stories when it comes to travelling in 2021, so hopefully, this will make things a little easier for travellers.
