Man entering vehicles makes a run for it in Penetanguishene
Police say the guy fled when approached by a citizen
OPP Emergency Response Team and K-9 responded to Copeland Street in Penetanguishene around 5:30 Thursday morning after a resident called to report a person entering a number of vehicles. When the citizen approached the individual, he fled.
An initial search for the suspect turned up nothing.
OPP issued a media release late Thursday morning to say a man was in custody.
There’s no word yet about any charges.
