Tired of the muggle world? Introduce a little magic into your life at Wizards Festival presented by the York-Durham Heritage Railway.
Don your best robes and get ready to enjoy all the festivities this wizarding world has to offer. There will be interactive shows, potions classes, horcrux maze, magic shows, and even defense against the dark arts classes to make sure you're ready for the main attraction...a train ride to help transport two evil wizards to Goodwoodora prison. Be sure to check out Hagrid's hut full of exotic animals too.
This is a perfect event for the whole family but there is also a 19+ area where you can enjoy some wizards brew as well. The event takes place on October 26th and 27th from 10 AM to 9 PM and tickets are only $25 (although the train ride is extra).
