Tiffani Adams thought she was having a bad dream.
She fell asleep on an Air Canada flight to from Quebec City to Toronto and when she awoke she was alone, the plane was cold and dark.
She tried to call for help on her cellphone, but it was dead and she couldn’t charge it since power in the plane had been shut off.
She found her way to the cockpit and found the “walky-talky thingys” but they weren’t working, either.
Next, she tried sending SOS signals through a window using a flashlight. When no one saw them, she unbolted a cabin door and hollered to a ground crew worker who got her out.
Air Canada is investigating.
