Women all over the world will celebrate and recognize International Women’s Day on Sunday March 8th. In Barrie, women are invited to the 2nd Annual Generation Equality International Women’s Day Empowerment Luncheon.
The afternoon will include food, local vendors, and inspiring conversation with quest speakers, Barrie Chief of Police Kimberley Greenwood, alongside keynote speaker Ann Green from BLiSS Ann Green Yoga.
Proceeds from ticket sales, silent auction items, and raffle prizes will be used to help fund services and programs at the Women & Children’s Shelter of Barrie.
The Luncheon is being held on Sunday March 8th from 11am to 2pm at Barrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Ltd. located at 395 Dunlop Street West.
