Some of the new features include the ability to undo tweets, something called a Super Follow which would allow users to get exclusive content from creators for a monthly fee, and Scroll, an ad-free alternative to the service. All of this is fine, seeing as they're new features, but the issue many people are raising is suddenly charging money for a feature that is currently free, like dashboard app Tweet Deck, which Twitter has hinted at doing. Twitter has also mentioned there might be a tiered pricing model, so if you pay more, you get more features.
Twitter is currently testing this new service with no release date as of yet.
