In case your name is Patrick, the Boots and Hearts Music Festival is happening once again at Burl's Creek this weekend. The biggest country music festival in North America still has plenty of single days, weekend passes, and camping available to fill your weekend.

Dawn Of The Dead Paintball

Barrie Paintball hosts a number of unique experiences all year round including this weekend's Dawn Of The Dead: A six-hour night scenario. Register on there website and check out all the details (including a $30 discount on a case of paint if you pre-buy it online).

Donate Blood

If there's anything worth sounding like a broken record over, it's saving lives. The Blood Clinic always has a drop in donations over the summer but it doesn't have to. Head over to their website and book your appointment.

Orillia Waterfront Festival

You'll definitely want to check the Orillia Waterfront Festival this weekend. The main event is the on-water boat show but there are also tons of vendors with boat accessories, outdoor products, summer fashion, and lots of food. Be sure to check out the Dock Dogs Diving Contest and Cardboard Boat Race too.

Cheer On Triathletes

Barrie's Annual Triathlon is back again this weekend to promote a healthy and active lifestyle. Though the registrations are closed for participation, there will be 8 locations along the route where you can cheer on the athletes. Full details on their website.

The Blue Tie Ride

A charity motorbike ride that raises money for two causes: Prostate Cancer Canada and The Gateway. The Ride Starts at Barrie Harley Davidson and will be a 2.5-hour ride through Muskoka ending at Cleveland House Resort on Lake Rosseau. Full details on their website.
