Ontario Provincial Police have charged a 45-year-old man in a drug trafficking investigation in Essa Township.
Police say a search warrant was carried out at a home on Wednesday, which resulted in the seizure of methamphetamine, hydromorphone, suspected morphine, as well as cash, brass knuckles, an imitation handgun, and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
The suspect, who is from Essa Township, was charged with drug trafficking offences, possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, and several weapons-related charges.
The accused has a court date in Dec.
