After an investigation in late February, a 75-year-old Innisfil man was arrested by South Simcoe Police and charged with two counts of an indecent act in a public place.
Police say they responded to two different incidents in the area of Webster Boulevard and Butler Street of a man committing an indecent act.
According to police, both incidents occurred between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The man was released with a future court date.
