For many fans, Maisie Williams portrayal of Arya Stark in Game of Thrones was one of the best parts of the show. Well, she is once again lending her talent to the role but not in the way you might be thinking.
A new video game project titled Multiversus has been announced by Warner Bros. and will feature a roster from the studio's expansive backlog of characters. One of those characters is Arya Stark, who will once again be voiced by Maisie Williams, a character she portrayed for over 8 years.
Maisie Williams isn't the only star returning to a classic role for the project either. A few other fan favourites include Kevin Conroy as Batman, Tara Strong as Harley Quinn, John DiMaggio as Jake the Dog, and even Matthew Lillard as Shaggy!
The game itself will be a free-to-play title coming sometime in 2022.
For Game of Thrones fans, a single character in a fighting game isn't the only thing to be excited about either. A total of 6 Game of Thrones spin-off projects have already been announced including the upcoming House of the Dragon prequel series, also set to release in 2022.

With many of the new shows taking place well before Game of Thrones, we likely won't see many returning faces. However, there is still a chance we might see more fan favourite characters return in the form of new fighters in Warner Bros' new game.
We definitely would have watched an Arya Stark spin-off show, but for now, this will have to do.
