Times are tough and whether you're a business or a family, everyone is feeling the pinch. However, that didn't stop Mike The Mattress Guy from stepping up and making a huge difference in the lives of a local family.
Sarah is a single mother from Barrie who has been facing some hardships over the last few months and is currently living in a social housing unit. Due to money issues, Sarah was unable to accommodate herself or her kids with beds to sleep in. After hearing about the charity work and outreach that Mike The Mattress Guy does in our community, she reached out to them and after comforting her, she was assured that they were going to take care of her. Mike The Mattress Guy dropped off bunk beds for the kids and a queen size bed for her complete with mattresses, frames, and sheets.
Sarah was in tears explaining just how much this meant for her family saying "Thank you to Mike and Krista for making my children so happy and helping us in our time of need. If everyone could extend a hand and help one another when we can, our world would be such a different place. These people are just a perfect example of that".
