Winers is an adorable make-your-own wine shop. You’ll feel right at home in this cozy space and have so much fun learning to make your own wine. The owner can even help you find the wine closest to your favourite LCBO bottle.

Arrowhead is a beautiful place to explore in the winter. In addition to this beautiful skating loop through the forest you can hike, snowshoe and visit Stubbs Falls.

The skating trail can be used during the day and night but it is particularly beautiful in the dark with the path lit up by hundreds of torches.

12. Go For A Hike

There’s so much to explore nearby. Sometimes quality time is a simple as getting out in the woods and going for a walk. This time of year you can also take advantage of some local trails on snowshoes or cross country skis.

13. Take A Yoga Class

For some couples yoga is already routine, but if you and your partner have never taken a class together, give it a shot! Trying something new always makes for a memorable date, and giving your body a little self-love at the same time doesn’t hurt.

There are a number of yoga studios in the area with fantastic classes all day, making it easy to work with most schedules. BLISS Ann Green Yoga and Namaste North are both great places to get started.
