Shopify for local stores
Google, Shopify, Mastercard, and Microsft have worked together to create a way for small businesses to build and optimize a digital storefront in just a few days. Along with being able to customize your storefront with branding and logos, businesses will also receive hands-on assistance, training, and access to free tools to help them run their new online store.

Having an online presence and providing a way to offer your goods and services through a digital storefront has always been important but the Covid-19 pandemic has practically made it a necessity.

Google, Shopify, Mastercard, and Microsoft have worked together to create a way for small businesses to build and optimize a digital storefront in just a few days. Along with being able to customize your storefront with branding and logos, businesses will also receive hands-on assistance, training, and access to free tools to help them run their new online store.

The Shop Here program is open to registered businesses or non-profit organizations with fewer than 10 employees (25 for restaurants and bars) as long as it is not a corporate chain or franchise. The program is also open to artists looking to sell their work online.

The Shop Here program is free to participate in but businesses will need to cover the standard Shopify fee after 90-days.
