The 5th Annual Dish For Hospice sees 17 Barrie Restaurants offering up a 3-course dinner for $35 with $10 being donated to the Hospice Simcoe! The event takes place on Wednesday, June 5th. With so many restaurants participating, here are a few of the places you should visit.
Michael and Marion's
A casual fine dining experience, Michael & Marion's offers a lunch and dinner menu, along with dessert and Tapas. With an intimate setting and a staff who pride themselves on being efficient and friendly, this restaurant is a perfect choice for any occasion.
Nino's
This authentic Italian restaurant has been serving Barrie since 1973, with all its pasta and sauces being created and prepared in their very own kitchen. Nino's Facebook describes themselves as "Any more authentic and you'd have to take a language course"!
PIE
The self-styled "PIE-oneers" of wood-fired pizza, PIE was the first to bring this type of pizza to Simcoe county with its 900-degree ovens imported straight from Italy! You won't believe how many different combinations they have for their pizza!
Redline Brewhouse
This family owned and operated brewery and pub serves up delicious food and craft beer with ingredients that are locally sourced. Redline even hosts live music so head in and enjoy the atmosphere with hot food and cold suds.
