Winterama: Ontario’s longest-running winter carnival is back!

In hybrid form!

Looking for something to do this Family Day weekend? Winterama is packed with virtual and in-person activities for all ages!

For the 74th year, Ontario’s longest-running winter carnal will take over Penetanguishene with a hybrid event consisting of online and in-person activities. These activities include bingo, virtual magic shows, free mountain view ski passes, free Wye Marsh passes, virtual trivia, fun runs, wildlife activities, art kits, toboggan competitions, sculpture contests, and more.

If you’ve ever been to Winterama in the past, you might already know there is a new souvenir button to collect every year. Well, this year’s button will be free of charge and all you have to do is head to one of the town’s facilities or the Penetanguishene Foodland and pick one up! Hurry though, they are only available while supplies last!
